Minnsportsjock, thanks for the question, I have spent about everyday this summer working on my shot. I shoot close to 1,000 shots a day and I also work on ways to get open. When I'm not working on my jumper, I am in the weight room with a trainer that I spend a few hours a day with. I have gained some weight this summer and I hope to gain a lot more before training camp.
