The Minnesota Timberwolves lost another tough game last night falling 113-110 in overtime to the Golden State Warriors.

Golden State trailed by more than nine points midway though the fourth quarter, but made a late rally with good free throw shooting and time shooting.

Stephen Jackson scored a game-high 30 points with six of those coming in the extra period. He was able to knock a couple of big shots down the stretch.

Al Jefferson had 25 points with 12 rebounds and four blocked shots for Minnesota. Jefferson had his fourth straight 20 point and 10 rebound game.

The Timberwolves struggled to get much going in the overtime as the team missed their first five shots in the overtime. Randy Foye's basket with 1:07 was a little too late.

Rashad McCants missed a three point shot in the overtime period to send it to a second overtime.

McCants added 18 points off the bench for the Timberwolves and Ryan Gomes came off the bench to score 18 points and five rebounds.

Second year player Corey Brewer scored eight points, three rebounds, and three assists.

The Timberwolves have lost six straight after winning their first game of the year against the Sacremento Kings.

Minnesota will be in action against the Portland Trail Blazers Saturday night at the Target Center.
